Kriya: Build up the Glandular system and inner organs



Thursday's evening class focused on the glandular system and inner organs.  We forget how important our glands are to our daily functioning.  If you begin to feel sluggish/tired all the time and are gaining weight for no apparent reason then this is a great kriya to bring back your vitality and brightest.

Yogi Bhajan said to make this set apart of your life.  11 mins a day and you will never have problems with your inner organs and glands.  The glands are the guardians of health!!


I came across these 3 excercises whilst i was in India; all i was told was to do them for 3 mins each; every day.  I wasn't given anymore information.  Once I made a regular commitment to them I found I was stronger and much more determined in my thinking.  I began to follow through with whatever tasks I set myself.  Inside I felt great.


As i was looking through what set i was going to do with the students in my evening class i came across this kriya!


The lesson I believe in this is to follow your intuition and let yourself be guided.  Sometimes we get very stuck in wanting to know the the reasons why.  If I do this what is the gain.


I love being surprised and knowing unknown to me the subtle changes are what transforms you to Be divine and bright!

New class: Yoga for Parents : Tuesday 8th October

I am starting a kundalini yoga class focusing on the needs of parents.  This will be starting on Tuesday 8th October at 9.30am to 11am. It will at Family Tree 14 kenilworth Street Leamington Spa CV32 4QS

The session will focus on kriyas for parents; these will include kriyas for stress, anxiety, relaxing the body/mind/spirit.  stamina and health buiding, vitality and anything to get you through the challenge of parent hood!

The relaxation time will be sacred as it will be time to 'Let Go' of blocks, anxieties and stresses.

The meditations will again focus on the needs of parents in this age.  How to stand tall and bright for the children of tomorrow.  To go through this phase of life with love, grace, laughter and much grit!

Yoga for Kids (3 to 4 year olds) New class: Tuesday 8th October 2013

Yoga for kids aged between 3 and 4 years old.  Starting Tuesday 8th October from 2pm to 2.45pm at Familytree club at 14 Kenilworth Street, Leamington Spa.

In this session kids will have fun exploring how their body moves in different postures.  There will be a relaxation in which the body can rest down and be free while the mind takes them on an adventure.  The session ends with small meditations in which children experience their specialness and learn to shine bright.

It has been some time since i have wrote on the website.  Let me tell you a story...

I have spent the last year in India; Amritsar, exploring who I am and how I fit into this jigsaw of life.

This is what I reached to ....that you have to take resposibility for your life, no matter what your story is; we all have a story to tell which is unique to us.  Let Go

These words are fundalmental to happiness and bliss and experincing your True potential

Let Go and Let In

I did my first class last week and it focused on planting a seed.  It is important to give thoughts and intentions a form otherwise they take much longer to come to into our being/environment.  We did a Kriya and meditation and then the students wrote down 3 specfic things they would like to come into their life.  I told them to put this paper in a scared place; if they didnt have one to create one and then in April 2014 to bring the paper to class again.

This is a lesson in understanding that each story is special and is being listened to by the universal energy that surrounds each of us.  There is no need to draw others into your story.

Learn to stand and take responsibility for what you have let in and let go.
